Privacy policy
Konquer Media Pty Ltd (ABN 15 685 811 492) is a Melbourne digital agency. We are bound by the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we do not do.
What we collect
When you submit an enquiry, email or call us we collect your name, business name, email address, phone number and whatever you tell us about your business.
If you buy through this site, payment is processed by Stripe. We receive your name, email and a record of the purchase. We never see or store your card number, it goes directly to Stripe.
If you use the ad spend calculator, the industry, budget and city you enter stay in your browser. We do not send them to a server and we do not store them.
What we do not collect
We do not track you across other websites. We do not run advertising pixels on this site. We do not sell, rent or share your contact details with third parties. We do not add you to a mailing list without you asking.
How we use it
To answer your enquiry, quote the work, deliver services you have engaged us for, and invoice them. If you become a client we use your details to run the accounts and campaigns you have asked us to run.
Where an AI chatbot is deployed on your own website as a service we provide, the conversations it handles belong to you. We process them on your behalf to operate the service and do not use them for anything else.
Who we share it with
Only the providers needed to run the service: Stripe for payments, Vercel for hosting, Supabase for the site's own content, Google and Meta for advertising accounts we manage on your instruction. Each holds data under its own terms.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become work are deleted within twelve months. Client records are kept for seven years to meet Australian tax and record-keeping obligations, then deleted.
Access, correction and complaints
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing info@konquermediaagency.com. We will respond within 30 days.
If you are not satisfied with our response you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
